Belmont Station Elementary After-School Program

KLF Sports Conditioning Winter 2009 Session
Begins February 4, 2009 6-week session


Offered Wednesdays after school from 2:45 to 3:45. Brush up on your speed, agility, balance, and nutrition. Cross train with some of the best fitness coaches in Loudoun County and stay fit for your favorite spring sport - all in the halls of your own school! Speed, agility games and obstacle courses brought to you by Coach R.J. Windows, Chantilly High School Varsity Football Coach. Cardio soccer and nutrition brought to you by Coach Dave Edwards, Director of Education for Loudoun Soccer. Cardio stability balls and dodge ball brought to you by Pana DeGooyer, KLF Striders Cross Country Coach. Yoga brought to you by Jill Cheretis of Yoga by Jill. We'll end the session with one of our favorite games: Earn your Mardi Gras Beads Relay Races. Athletes of all levels are encouraged to join.

The cost of this session will be $70.00. Class size will be limited to 15 children.

Kids, bring a water bottle with your name on it and don't forget to wear or bring sneakers and comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in!
